Well, thought that I could try to find a suitable subject for my K-4, with all your help of course! ;)

So far I've got these two...
    Lt. Herbert Abendroth, III./JG 77 Bf 109K-4 "White 13" POW 1 January, 1945
    Ofhr. Rudolf Aickelin, 7./JG 2 Bf 109K-4 Werk # 330412 "Yellow 13" KIA 1 January, 1945

So, more suggestions for some '13's', are as always very much welcome! ;)

Must have a look out for that kit. I want to do a late 109 some day and this one looks pretty good.

Parts look very well molded, but kind of strange the way they broke the fuselage in two.

Made it easier to do the separate late G fuselage with altered panels and tail wheel area.

Is this going to be a 13?

    Right, but that's a G-10, not a K-4.

    How about something really obscure?

    A KG 6 (J) 109 K-4!

    I doubt you'll find a "13" though. :D

For something really obscure how about one of the few known Erla built Ks?
Here's 570375 nicely obscured,as is usually the case in these photos,by a bunch of GIs.

There is a profile of 570276 in Wolowski's booklet too.

    Cheers
    Steve
