Hi folks, it's been a while since I posted any builds here. It's been quiet on the building front, I've only managed about half a dozen builds in the last 18 months......

1/48 What-if Irish Air corps F-15

1/35 Huey...

1/48 Czech MiG-29...

1/48 RAF Hawk...

1/48 Swiss Hawk...

Not many WWII warbirds!! Went back to props for my last build, a Romanian bf109, 1/48 Airfix...

And right now I'm about to start working on a 1/48 RAF Phantom, it'll probably be Xmas before its done!

Great stuff.

Your Huey is really nice. I want to do a couple of choppers. I was an air crew with HS-4 when they had SH-3A's and want to do this for the carrier GB. For modern I want to do an SH-60B which is what HS-4 is currently operating. I would think these things are a real challenge.

Cheers lads!

As requested, a close up of the Emil...

Some in progress pics of the F-15 UH-1C.

The F-15 is a 1/48 Academy kit painted with a kind of ghost gray scheme using Tamiya Olive Drad and Olive Green. Undersides Tamiya Light Grey. Decals were from the Max decals sheet for an Irish Air Corps De Havilland Vampire (I think...)

The Huey is the 1/35 Academy kit, built OOB with foil seat belts added. Painted with Tamiya OD.

(It's a big bugger! Awkward to photograph!)

The one i'm most proud of is the RAF hawk though. It's the 1/48 Italeri kit, it's really nice, goes together like a dream.
It's completly OOB except for the RBF tags and intake/exhasut covers, they're made from alu foil.

I found some pics a couple of more that I built early last year.

Another Emil, this one is a 1/48 Tamiya kit.

And another What-if, an Irish Air Corps P-40.
