There is really two per crew but for whatever reason they are called "shifters", a pit shifter and a dam shifter

In the middle of a severe snowfall warning and bored so I got the camera and tripod out. Though it looks light out, these were shot at 1715 and no flash. Bird smorgasbord all but shut down

Good shots Geo - very Christmassy. A shame you need to get rid of one if those trees. My blue spruce out front is a good 40 feet tall now.
