There is really two per crew but for whatever reason they are called "shifters", a pit shifter and a dam shifter

In the middle of a severe snowfall warning and bored so I got the camera and tripod out. Though it looks light out, these were shot at 1715 and no flash. Bird smorgasbord all but shut down

​

Neighbour giving 'er even though we have a snow warning into tomorrow

​

Timmah's first light up. We got him at a job fair in 2008, the year the and I lost my job. He was a sapling then and is now over 7' tall

​

Debating which one I want to keep; I like them both. No flash vs flash

​
