No mate, I've had a read of the Squdron Signals book on the A6Mand the internet, and The M2-K was modified from the M2, M3 and M5. Besides, the cowl is solid plastic and would take considerable hacking and slashing to modify, depending on the photo of the full sized ACFT you were using as a reference. The mod I do intend making is to remove the gear door over the wheel.

Yep, you did a great job Rob. Hope you don't think me a cheeky bugger for my question!

(I have the same markings for a planned 1:72 conversion actually, likewise to be converted from an A6M3 :) )

Go for your life evan, it really is nice scheme.
Ed, the radio gear these days is moving digital (isn't everything?)and the dayof crystals in the radio are over.
The radio gear is 2.4 gHz and is bound with the receivers. This means that you can have 50 models on a radio.
I can fly them at the same time, (some one else just needs to bind one of the models to their radio and fly it.)

Thanks for the comments guys the 601 SQN Hurri is next

I posted pictures over a year ago of the Lexington Airplanes on my workbench. I've finally finished them and mounted them on the flight deck. Model is 1/350 scale from Trumpeter. The wife even let me display it on the bookshelves in the living room. Now I can get on to the pre-war Sara !
