Thanks, Gnomey, vB and Aaron for your kind comments.

The wet effect for the last shot was more than I expected.
I am glad I have attempted it for your enjoyments.
That will be useful for other parts in the future.
Please look forward to them.

I appreciate your so thoughtful comment, GG.

Attached image is my first CG work in 2004.
It took me one month as I was not familiar with the software.
I did not know which part was necessary or not well either.

It will be a few days now but I know I am still a novice:)
Thanks.

Wow, Shinpachi, how the heck do you do that. Your drawings are amazing. I always want to thank you for the aircraft engines you haver given me for my skin templates, thank you. 8)

Thank you, Wayne, vB, Aaron and ontos for your kind comments!

I am studying more details about the engine to model the cylinder next at the moment.
Please give me some time.

BTW, there are many good sites.
Here is one. Wow:shock:

Heatsink fins of the cylinder.

I think this is the most unique point of R-3350 at the moment.
Neither molded nor manual cut but piled up pressed fins.
This would have made it easier to manufacture.

The designer was a genius.
