After getting the Eduard Spit IX overtrees last week I couldn't help myself...I had to take one to the workbench. Gotta say it a wonderful kit, even though it has the typical 'why do it easy if you can do it the difficult way' Eduard touch to it in a few areas. Fit has been very good for the most part and very little filling/sanding was required. A bead of Mr.Surfacer was it up until now. Stay tunes for a full build review. I'm taking pics as I go along and will most certainly post a full start to finish thing when it's done.

As of a few minutes ago.

And the other way.

Stuff I use all the time is in the draws under the bench and fairly well organised. Everything else is in the cupboard the other side of the spray booth......you wouldn't want to look in there!

It's too nice a day to be stuck at the bench, we might not get many more nice days this year

Cheers

That's just too posh !
Great set-up Steve, and reminds me of a very similar arrangement when I was still married, with a conservatory as a balcony at the old cottage, overhanging the river.
Oh, and that waste basket isn't full enough !!

good set up Steve, but what's the marmite for, filling gaps ?

The Marmite is strictly for eating, though I have heard of people using it for masking. Good Lord! they'll be putting Future/Klear on the floor next. I love the stuff and have a good supply of empty jars!
I find the Marmite jar is a good shape for swishing paint brushes in without stubbing them on the bottom or sides. That one contains cellulose (lacquer) thinners.

I promise I didn't tidy up before the photo. Our rubbish went yesterday, that's why the waste bin is nearly empty. It often overflows

Cheers
