Hi guys.

I've just watched a segment on the news about how eleven Victoria Crosses were stolen from the NZ Army Museum, Charles Upham's VC and bar included. Why in the hell would you steal medals? I just don't see the point.

James.

Scumbags. Bf there is no point. They are goblins, thieves, evildoers. You can't contrast what mental cases do versus what the majority of society does and make leaps of logic. Build bigger prisons and mental facilities. You are either evil or mental. Pick your institution. Just get them off the street.

I just hope they get those VCs back, Hunter.

Not cool..

U know damn well they may end up on some 15 year olds leather jacket.

.

Terrible to hear. They will probably be sold discreetly and end up in some private collection. A VC sold in Australia (legally) went for a million bucks not long ago...

The story is here.

VCs may have been stolen to order: PM - 03 Dec 2007 - NZ Herald: New Zealand National news

One day they will meet the old soldiers somewhere. Then they will find out.

It goes to show you that money and greed can just completely eclipse history, honor, bloodshed, bravery. It's sad. When they find the bottom feeders you need to send them off to war to get their own damn medals!

well this pisses me off. what a ****ing disgrace

Been busy with our business, and the Fire Brigade.

Inside word is the chase is on, who catches them first the Police, or the Returned Servicemens Association.

Second bet is, which one will present them alive to a court. :blob6:

Hey guys, I just read in the paper that the VC's are probably in Russia...

What in the hell do Ruskies want with Britain's highest medal for valour??

My father was just telling me today that someone in our national war musueme (that is camberra war musueme ) also had a taste for VC's apprantly about 12 of the medals are fakes. the guy apprantly also decided to liberate other items from the musueme as well.
What a prick.
