Thanks Wojtek and MM !
Here is a couple of more.
This area was a ghost town on holiday 30 years ago but now a secret oasis for urban people.
I agreed with them.
It's almost one year since your last visit, Wayne.
No big change but, this time, I have seen a dozen of naked middle aged men here and there on the grass.
It was not necessarily a beautiful scene and girls were laughing
Western style "street food" is popular like, yes, hot dogs, burgers, crapes and many others I don't recognize well recently.
Osaka's traditional ones are Ramen (oily noodle), Kushikatsu (deep-fried pork or vegetables on skewers) and Takoyaki (octopus dunplings). Takoyaki always reminds people of Osaka.
Thank you, Shin. We in Toronto have 'limited' street food selection because of gov't over-regulation but the people want more choice ... tacos, burritos, and such. I spent a week working in Korea in February, 1982 and loved walking around the Ite Wan market district munching deep fried shrimp from a paper cone ... , I bought the suit I was married in, custom-tailored, in Korea.
