How did Tokyo handle their recent snowfall, Shin?

About 30 years ago when they had big snow suddenly in Tokyo, they were in panic.
Recently, especially after the Fukushima Dai-ichi accident in 2011, they are not necessarily ready well but not surprised like before.

A few days ago, I happened to witness a Japanese cruising ship, MS Pacific Venus (26,594tons), docked in and soon out at Osaka Port. She looked busy for the Christmas cruisings. Not huge but an elegant ship. Let me share several shots. Thanks
