These are the photos that I took while visiting the International Air Show- Batajnica 2009.. The air show itself was great, too bad Typhoon didn't fly, but saw F-16, BAE Hawk, Grippen, Alpha Jet, etc

Our only 2 members from Serbia and they didnt even meet up at the airshow....

Yup I know, but it was so chaotic, we couldn't even meet there, so many people

I was stationed near the new control tower however with my father and his friend

You are right Dan, its a shame. We both came separately at different times and in company of other people. Although we agreed earlier to meet up at the airshow we simply missed each other. It's really not that hard to miss someone in crowd of over 150.000 people. Heck, after a while I even lost track of some people I came with to the event. I'm sorry I've missed Milos yesterday, but there will be other opportunities I'm sure.

Don't be so sure, Milos. Yes they said next "great international airshow" will be in 2012, but it doesn't mean that in the meantime there won't be an "open day" at Batajnica or something similar like in August last year. It was nice last year too. True there were only our own aircraft involved but at least something was going on...
