I just had a crazy idea. what if I made both the BF-109 and the P-47 captured? it would be quite fascinating. what do you think?

Some inspiration for you :)

Edit: Sorry guys! Saved them to photobucket and added a few more, like the RAF US 109 Trops! 8)

uh, Muller, whatever you sent are just red Xes

Yep...therefore it is better to download a pic on your own HDD and then upload it here.Looking at these links I'm sure that these pics are on Wings Palette.

but anyways, could someone gimme some profiles on the captured P-47 and BF-109G?

Look around the forum Rob.There are profiles of them.

well I just found a P-47. now finding a US captured BF-109G, that's hard as hell >_<

oh wow, thanks, buddy! :D

the decals on the P-47 and BF109 are gonna be switched. and thanks to Terry, i got swastikas :D

No problem Rob.Here is a link to Kurfurst's site you can find some pics of another one.

Kurfrst - U.S.A.A.F. Material Command - Pilot's Comments on ME 109G[-6/trop], AAF No. EB-102

According to my info the Bf109G-6 Werk number16416 of 4./JG77 was painted with matt Olive Drab on upper and sides surfaces. The matt Natural Grey on undersides. The spinner was of Red gloss paint. On rudder and fin yellow number EB 102.

The last profile in Muller's post #7 is incorrect. The G-14/AS was of Grey/Green camo scheme. Here you are the correct one.

That's way I haven't posted these earlier. I have one nice 3-view profile for EB102 but I can have it scanned just tomorrow. Notice the caption for the last profile. Here is stated G-10 instead of G-14.Of course it is a mistake.
