Yes the seats look darker, like you said: the actual seat appears to be in the factory finish. Some kind of greyish ?
The armor looks breakable ??? May be cast iron or ferrous alloy covered by greyish or aluminium/silver paint ???

For what it is worth Steph, I seem to recall that the internal colouring, including the seat was in a silver grey and that this was possibly done when the aircraft were being fitted out in Sweden.
