Hey Bill, who said I didn't bend them door thingy's!!! Sure looks good though and worth the effort. Hard part is hanging it and not knocking it once on. Also found the top door flap was a bit of a nuisance.

Thanks for lookin and all your comments a greatly appreciated.

So after opening the door, the frame was a wee bit out of line, so I stripped the frame off and replaced it to the opening edge.

Then I went insane............... and am going to fold everything.
So I have almost completed the tail ends..... they are a little fiddley, linkage, hinge plates and all. My progression in the pics.

I also added a piece of screen from a sheet I bought on clearance. Then I looked at one of my PE kits, and sure enough, all the little screens are there. So now I don't have to cut and fit these things. I use the thin super glue for the screens so the openings don;t get filled.

I cut a hole in the floor for the sonar transducer to hang in. I have to make the inside housing for it, otherwise the outside weather would be inside, specially at 150 knots airspeed.

I'll have to alter the main rotor hub to fold the main rotor blades next.

What's this out of the box scenario? How do you do that????? Arrrrrgh.

What reactions...... thanks heeps!

Had to work today, and will be tomorrow and it just takes it all outa me. I do a bit of lifting stuff onto and offa the router table.
So I have to give this a rest for a couple of days. Will be working on the shell for the transducer next cuz it's interior stuff.

Light curing Tamiya putty, is the answer its almost 30 bucks, but for 5-30minutes of drying in the sunlight, its rock hard, it solves all, you don't even need to apply much to get it to do its job, infact the more putty I apply the worse it works on the model :D a thin coat drys in 5min, but I'll explain more when I get some picks up for my Zero tomorrow.
