So after opening the door, the frame was a wee bit out of line, so I stripped the frame off and replaced it to the opening edge.
Then I went insane............... and am going to fold everything.
So I have almost completed the tail ends..... they are a little fiddley, linkage, hinge plates and all. My progression in the pics.
I also added a piece of screen from a sheet I bought on clearance. Then I looked at one of my PE kits, and sure enough, all the little screens are there. So now I don't have to cut and fit these things. I use the thin super glue for the screens so the openings don;t get filled.
I cut a hole in the floor for the sonar transducer to hang in. I have to make the inside housing for it, otherwise the outside weather would be inside, specially at 150 knots airspeed.
I'll have to alter the main rotor hub to fold the main rotor blades next.
What's this out of the box scenario? How do you do that????? Arrrrrgh.
