Well, not too bad for my first attempt at seatbelts.... I still gotta weather them alittle bit with some light pastels, but theyre in there now.... May hang one out of the cockpit with the oxygen mask, not sure yet, which is why the belts are kinda hangin there rather than bein glued into place like the lap belts...

I'll second our sore ribs brother! great work mate. Are you sure the rudder pedals weren't Interior Green? I'm not certain for that particular kite, but all the pics I've seen, they look to be green, with paint wera showing a bit of dull metal.
This is going to be a corking model when done, if the work so far is anything to go by.

Thanks again Jan and Terry... Ive seen both aluminum and green pedals Terry, and the shape this plane was in when flown, there was no green left on em....

Started up the tail wheel assembly, prepped for painting tomorrow... Directions say flat white but I do believe it should be aluminum for the -1A instead of the -1D directions I have....

Holy crap....I'm willing to take a sit there and start the engine.....Dan your skills have increased recently greatly.:D Excellent.

Thanks Cory....

Tail gear assembly is painted and weathered slightly, tire is on and ready to be dropped into the fuselage....

All I need is the Yellow Zinc Chromate for the interior of the tail wheel bay, which I wont be able to get my hands on until Tuesday/Wedsnesday.... Time to start work on the flaps....
