OK - I promised you a spurt....
Pic 1: First we stick the tail on and marvel at the seamless join
Pic 2: We do a lot of therapeutic rubbing (with plenty of water to help the process). Then we get out the nail buffer and do a bit of polishing. When we get bored of rubbing plastic we mask and glue the canopy on.
Pic 3: The canopy receives a quick dose of cockpit colour. We remove small pieces of metal we have glued to our thumbs and contrive to stick them to plastic with thick CA. We then flash over a coat of RLM76 to accentuate the areas where our rubbing has been to no avail.
That's it for this evening - time to let the paint harden, football tomorrow and more filling sanding tomorrow evening

Looking good. Sounds like you've had a similar night to me! My bl**dy hands wouldn't behave, so I found the fiddly work twice as fiddly !

You could be right Andy the first complete build and I've not even stuck two bits together yet. I got to say, you're doing a cracking job on this Paul, most impressive.
