looking god..but as the kit had one fault..the sidewindow..i have just masked out a extra line there..as the large lower window is actually two windows..not one large..if you want to do this let me know and i will post some pics on how it looks

Nice, although painful, work. Has anyone ever thought about just creating a super sticky tape that you can paint and just stick on where the frames are instead of masking?

I got dibs on the patent if this is new!

Very neat job Wayne, and one I'm certainly not looking forward to!
Guttorm, if you could post or e-mail a pic of the window, it would be very helpful, thanks.
CR, I can't do it these days, as my hands let me down, but that's the way I used to do some framing once, using pre-painted and cut strips of ordinary 'Sellotape' (clear parcel tape/ Scotch tape etc). Lay out on glass (preferably), paint, cut, stick, seal with clear gloss, then clear coat matt (if required) on the strips with a 000 brush.

here is some pics of the canopy. should give you a good idea of the missing fairing between the windows. this was lost somewhere in the process when making the molds.its on both sides

( the last diveangle had not been painted on when this picture was taken ) but the red diveangle across the whole canopy should be on your model also..a MUST..hehe
to bad the decalset does not allow a full line.. no idea why is was made to short on the decalset )

keep up the great work.looking forward to see this bird done

the red diveangle is across the whole canopy and goes on both sides
also worth notecing is the leather in the rear part ( to prevent head injuries )

to make the missing fairing i usually just cut it out in the maskingtape and that makes a good resault
