No those were glued onto the upper half of the wing earlier. So those aren't part.

Tell me can you remove these flaps? How did you attach them to the wing? Do you have sandpaper of a few different grades?

I could try removing them, I don't know how well it'd go but anything is possible. Yes I have different grades of sandpaper and I used Plastic cement for attatching them
 
Ok Wojtek, just went up and tried. I remembered they are glued to the underside of the fuselage and I attatched the top half so the only way would be to cut it from the plane with my knife.
 
Yiour knife can be too much thick. DO you have a razor blade?
