Good job mate...........

But That is one of the Strangest looking aircraft to me....
Did the British design it?????

LOL

Thanks guys... Well I finally put on the last decal on her. No plane is complete without the girl. :) Anyway... I basically finished putting together the main landing gears and all the wheels. I spent most my time working on the forward wheel well. Aside from the obvious doors and ladder, I added the detail of the wheel cradle and the brake lines to the landing strut. A lot of PE parts went to the landing strut. I only have the fender left and I'm almost afraid to do this one. The kit has a large squareish bar attaching the fender but the actual craft had two thin bars on the top and two thin bars on the side. I will go for realism but not sure how it will turn out. On the canopy, I saw several photos showing an object midway back on the port side hanging in the window. I have duplicated this. For my next trick I intend to add all the windows and lines to the rear ladder. The ladder in back I have already assembled. Hope it's up to Vic standard. :)

Very nicely done Bill and I'm most flattered that you should consider my build as a target to achieve but I'll tell you what mate, in my mind you have been the one pushing the boundaries in your build and you should be proud of what you have achieved.

Thanks guys. Was able to do a bit more work over the weekend. All ladders are on along with cabling. All hatches/window doors are on. Side sliding windows are attached and I have the fastening latches for the pilots top hatch/window. I also have the first antenna's attached. All I have left to do is to attach two more sets of latches and the rest of the antennas along with the flap risers. Then I will finish up with weathering. Not much. Hope this will be finished within the next couple of days.
