Cheers guys. I have been working on some monochrome edits of shots from a ghost town in the Sierras and find that I like them better in black and white than in color. Here are a few samples:

Quite simply...stunning !. Pics of derelict buildings and old relics just look soo much better in monochrome.

I tend to agree with you, B&W has a certain crispness about it, your definition is spot on and perfect study shots.

I'm building a model of the Helldiver and didn't know any were flying - a nice shot you took 8) and of course the others !
 
Decided to have a little fun with this one. The Tora Tora Tora birds were starting there performance and the taxiing Viper pilot stopped to watch it for a bit before resuming his taxi.
