    Kit: Otaki P-40E
    Scale: 1/48th.
Accessories: Scavenged modified seats. Scratch built rear cockpit area. Butchered canopy. Scratch built exhaust. Mig prop, it turns the other way and modified nose to accept it. Aftermarket deckles, Russian!

So many headaches, the numbers mask was not water proof, they are as good as they are gonna get. Another colorful addition to the cabinet.

Looking nice but these pics are too dark. Could you post here another set of images?

You took on a challenge there Bill, you have given it your best shot and it's come out showing the effort you have put into it's just a shame about the numbers. You've done well mate, well done.

Thanks Vic, and all. I'm just glad it's done. I hope to do better with the Captured GB. Just a bit more attention during the build, and all my stuff in the box when I start. This business of tracking down stuff at the last minute is not the best way to do a build. Perhaps old dogs cannot learn new tricks. If they did, I would be soooooo perfect. LOL

Beautiful job Bill! I wouldn't worry about the number too much. Just say it wore off in the harsh Russian climate.
