Gents, I will be jumping in for the PAC Theatre GB come August. So many choices for me. Leaning toward a P-40N but maybe a TBF Avenger or SDB Dauntless.

Two questions:
Firstly: GB 59 - WW2 Pacific Theater of Operations (PTO)
Would a real aircraft in a fictional colour scheme be permitted? I'm thinking a Grumman Goose as "Cutter's Goose" from Tales of the Gold Monkey.
Secondly: GB 63 - Stormy Weather - Aug 1, 2024 to Dec 1, 2024
Is the Heinkel Blitz appropriate? Lightning would seem to be. Or can a Lodestar be made to fit?

The Heinkel Blitz fits the bill.

I agree with the blitz. Not keen on the fictional scheme myself. Asked and answered before I think.

Hey, there's an idea for a future GB: warbirds in fictional settings (movies, television, comics, etc.).
Like the Bordurian Bf109 seen in the Adventures of Tin Tin:

Not a bad idea. I think we did a "movie plan" one a couple years back. I've got decals for Catch 22 B-25's

Should I, with the long line of failed GB finishes, take part in the Pacific one, it'll be with one of these, to at least stand a chance to finish it!

I am the master of failed GB finishes.
I am still wanting to finish Schilling's Bf109 from GB1.
Fight me.
