Next up the abeno Harukas building, Japans tallest building at 300m excellent views to be had, bit hazy on the day but thanks to George with a photo editing download i have been able to improve some of these shots, thanks George.
The tallest man-made structure in the world which is officially announced is in Tokyo namely Skytree of 634 meters but owner of our Abeno Harukas says "That is a tower, not building" though people can enjoy the bird's-eye view at 450 meters high.
I have found a couple of good videos of my town, Wayne.
You two and I visited a lot of places in last July but, if I may summarize all the course of events, this is Osaka I wanted you to feel
Fantastic Shinpachi, remember seeing some of those wonderful sights...Thanks!
Here we are with more shots from the Abeno Harukas building, swinging around from the west to the North.
You will note one shot of Tennoji Zoo, where Shinpachi recently posted some pics on the forum, in the back ground of the Zoo is the Tsu tenkaku tower, directly below the tower at the 8 o'clock position is a grey 12? storey building....if I remember correctly this is where our Shinpachi Lives!
To the right of the Zoo is the Museum of Arts.
The second last shot show a nice northern view, middle right 'Green' section in the distance is our next destination, Shitennoji Buddhist Temple , closer final shot.
Thanks Guys.....so off we went down 300m and north along the main street to the Shitennoji Temple ..my wife and Shinpachi at the entrance and the last shot looking back to the Abeno Harukas...
