The fixed undercarriage could be jettisoned, via explosive bolts I believe, in the event of an impending forced landing on rough terrain. Suppose it's one way of stopping the bird from going a** over t*t when it hits the rough stuff!

Now I have a question for you guies. What shell I do with thows props!?
In my mind they are wrong shape. Are they?

I think there arte two ways to correct these prop blades.The first way is to find a good rasin set for that like in the pic below.
The second one is to use a putty (Mrputty or Miliput ) and following drawings add some putty at these areas that are incorrect in shape.Then sanding , make a proper shape of these.Aslo you can use plastic pieces for that but files will be needed too.
