Just been looking at your Lancaster and its very Very nice, but there is one thing wrong !
You have put both Pitot tubes on the fuselage, Thats the L shaped parts the long L on the
nose was the early one and the small L below canopy is the late one, they where never on
Lancasters at the same time. All the Dambusters Lanc's had the early Pitot tube fitted.

By the way your Spitfire is bloody brilliant.

Lovely Lancaster there, excellant paint work and weathering.

As it happens, I drove right past RAF Scampton yesterday; I go past regularly going into Lincoln and my mind just drifts away every time I see the historic hangers, bunkers, barrack blocks and housing on the airfield.

When Erich Hartmann went to Germany on convalescent leave, his "white 2" was flown by Uffz. Herbert Meissler. On 28th of May (1943) his aircraft was damaged by LaGG-3 and he was obliged to make a forced landing in enemy territory and was captured.
Later, the aircraft was filmed for propaganda purposes by Soviets...

This is my model of Me-109G4/R6 in 1/72 scale by Fine Molds, painted with gunze colors, OOB, extratech seatbelts and some extra detail in cockpit.

Seen these photos of your Bf 109 model when you posted it on another forum. Truly excellent work Dušan. Love the car model too. Agree with all above. Great effect with broken glass. :thumbright:
