A book to put the Western Front in perspective.

The Soviet Strategic Offensive in Manchuria, 1945: 'August Storm' by David M Glantz.

Absolutely amazing. I recommend this to anyone interested in the development of the Soviet Military 1941 - 1945.

Battle of Britain by James Holland.

Excellent book, not an easy read, shows BoB against overall desperate situation Britain was in during this time.

His conclusion - excellent - a different slant - shows how BoB impacted German efforts on Eastern Front.
