lmao Terry, no that is not my dash man, but a nice example.....

I just got done drilling and scratch building the 4 panel arms and handles and painted the gauges flat white.... When thats dry , then spray the flat black and wipe off the needles and frames of each gauge....
 
Sounds good. For future though, paint the dials GLOSS white - it makes it easier (and more precise) when you come to rub or scratch off the matt black.
 
Too late T... Came out alright tho.... All thats done on the panel is the black and white, more to come....
