Beautiful Dan!! I say with that engine right there you find a way to show some of it off, cut up a panel or something.. It does not deserve to be hidden in styrene!

Thanks again guys.... Im not cutting anything open Mag, I dont have the skill at the moment to be choppin up the cowling without a backup... This Build really means something to me, so no messin around with it so to speak....

That being said, Im in the process of finishing up the cockpit pieces... Doin some slight scratch work here and there, and having a hellova time trying to scratch build the oxygen hose and mask...... Ive tried several ideas, none of which came close.... Im now trying something that may work, gotta paint it and go from there....

Oh, alright Les, I understand. For the hose I would try rolled epoxy into a narrow tube-like piece then softly cut the lines into it and let it dry in the position you want. I might try that with my milliput, but any epoxy should do fine, as for the mask........

Thanks for the advice Mag...

OK, here are the pieces, just about finished with em, alittle more tweaking and then Im onto the tail wheel assembly.... U can see the hose that I made up, its close I think.... I want to try and get it to hang out of the cockpit when its done, but we'll see how that ends up....

Looks great Dan. You've done the hose the way I was going to suggest. You can make the oxygen mask out of Milliput or similar. It should work fine in 1/32nd scale, as I've done it in 1/48th. without problems. Roll a small ball of the putty, then leave it until it only just starts to harden, Then you can press it into shape, make a depression in the middle to represent the inside of the mask, then push- fit it onto the hose. When it's totally hard, if it needs any sculpting, this can be done with the tip of a scalpel blade.

Thanks alot guys, I think its comin out pretty good so far.... I put alot of work into comparing what I have from the kit with the refrence materials I have, and I have to tell u, the kit is very innacurate when it comes to the placement of certain items within the cockpit....

Make due with what u got and go from there I guess.....

Sorry Dan if I buried you with to much detail stuff
