If it was a swastika or something I could manage.

There is still a possibility you can make your own decals. It is not very difficult really.Especially the markings are shewrons.

So don't use your printer but an airbrush.Or print on white background.Anyway, using a sharp scalpel razor for cutting off these decal elements is needed.

I could try that. I tried airbrushing the national markings and that went very poorly to say the least haha. I'll have to see about getting some of those make your own decal things.

Cory .... the decal techincque of making is quite easy both in a factory and at home. The main problem is the transparent film,In the past when these clear decal sheets weren't offered, everyone who wanted to make it, had to airbrush gloss or matt cote on a piece of paper initially.Today there is no problem to buy these clear decal sheets. So you are in a half of the way now.Think, you have the clear decal sheet, then airbrush white paint ( it can be matt or gloss it is up to you only, the gloss can be better for your printer). In meantime when the white paint is drying you can prepare masks for the painting ( airbrushing) with the black colour.Remember these masks have to be made for the black painted elements without the white outline, is that clear?I hope yes.So going farther, the clear decal sheet painted with white is ready for the black paint applying.Put these masks on the sheet and tighten them precisely. Then airbrushing with black. When all is dry use scalpel razor and cut these decal off with a thin white outline. And da da...that's all.

Yes, Wojtek I understand. But what I meant was a white sheet, and be able to print the black part onto the paper with the printer. I think I'll probably just order the EE decals to save the hassle, and get some extra ones to boot.

Now I understand as well.I have never heard about the white decal sheets offer. But as I said you could paint the clear decal sheet with white gloss for instance and then try to print with your printer. But ordering these EE declas is a solution too.

Cory, white decal sheet is available but, to save you some hassle, PM me with your postal address, and I'll send you the winkel decals from my Tamiya kit. It IS the same kit isn't it?
Soon as I get your details, it'll be in the post, air mail. You should have it in about 5 days.

Terry, I will pass on your generous offer. If you lived on this side of the pond, maybe, but it's just too pricy, as I can get the EE sheet for much cheaper, and it comes with more options. Thanks again though Terry, if you ever need anything, let me know!
