Another little dilemma...was/is applying the dive angle decal to the canopy....I figured I would apply it to the inside surface of the canopy so the outside would stay consistent in terms of appearance.
The Revell decal as I suspected left a matt outline that I figured I could make invisible to some degree by spraying a coat of gloss over it....so I masked and sprayed away....it seems to have done a reasonably good job...a side photo check "tomorrow" will show how well it worked...

How did those dive angles work ? Did the pilot just look out the window at the horizon and see a match?inquring minds want to know.
