yes.

I may have to go really really soon!

I know you will tell me no, but for later on ebay there is a Dornier Do-217E for 5 dollars with shipping (1/48 ) I am about to hit Buy Now

I think it is a nice price for the kit. Go for it Harry.

Look at these pics below. This is in connection to the wing leading edges work.ALso for drilling.

There is a wing for 1/72 scale Spitfire MKIX. Notice please how smooth the leading edges are. The seam lines almost aren't seen are they?

Yep...it needs.

Here is the first step. Mark the point(s) where these barrels should be with a thin marker.

The second step is to use a thin needle mounted in a Pin vice like here in the pic or holding in your hand. With the needle you have to make an initiall point for driling. Do it gently because the join can be broken and the wing can be set apart. To prevent against it you should keep the wing with your second hand quite close to the working area with fingers from top and bottom of the wing.

Take it easy...OK. Now mount a drill bit in the Pin vice. The drill diameter has to be the same of the barrels. I mean the 1mm as you told me.

I see. Look at the top of your pin vice. This is a kind of a screw. Try to unscrew it left keeping the pin vice middle with your second hand.

Yes Harry correct. But you don't need to unscrew it fully. It is enough to do it a little bit left. Now put a drill into the hole of the handle . Put the screw on it again and screw it right.
