with flexible sheet aluminum interior volume as the nose and make mold to make the weight for the plane, founded the lead and I do, 15 grams or 0.53oz.

forgive as brief but good answer them limited time.
I put some pictures for yourself to see the three steps I do in the paint to give the effect of wear on the plane, tail first I painted with 3 coats of paint, a wing with two and one with only the first hand so one hopes will be seen as the technique.
