Havin some issues with the RLM76... Im starting to get some pebbleing in certain areas, mainly around the rudder base, just above the elevators....

Dont really know what the issue is.... I will post up some pics to show whats goin on...

Ive been cleaning it after every use, breakin down the nozzle and needle.... I clean it after a couple of minutes spraying by using a wet Q-tip to clean the tip in between sprayings... My paint mixture should be tight as well....

The only thing I can think is that I sprayed too much before letting the sections dry...

Would this cause the issue??

Yes it is possible.I have had similar problem with pebblening when painting my Tempest undersides.Also the paint can be too thick.

Wojtek is right Dan. Basically, three things can cause this effect;
1.) Paint too thick.
2.) Too heavy a coat, jet too close, successive coat applied immediately after or during application of first coat, combination of all of these.
3.) 'Fall out' or 'splash back' from shading or protruding surface, eg., tailplane diverting paint onto the vertical surfaces or vice versa.
A VERY LIGHT rub down will remove this on enamels. A gentle but progressive rub with a soft cloth should cure the problem with acrylics.
