Thanks guys. Dan, I know and I want to do it right. I'm not sure of the proper way to do paint. I've always just half-a$$ed it along but I see how you guys are using a gloss coat and Future and I don't know where in the process to do those things.

Chris...you just have to ask my friend!...we're here to help man!!:D

Sorry guys. These headaches got really worse the past 2 weeks. Up all night, only about 2-3 hours sleep and that is upright in a chair. Plus hopped up on pain meds is a real plus. :( Can barely sit at this chair and type on the screen. The daily thread has suffered an so has some of my wit. :) These headaches last about a month and pain is graded on a curve. I hit that peak about 4 days ago and they have been becoming less intense and less frequent. Out of the woods soon!

Haven't touched the 410 in that time but will soon. Recieved Terry's decals and that was the last piece of the puzzle.

I haven't given up.

I feel for you buddy, one of my very best friends in the old country get the same....can be in bed for days! Get well soon and don't worry about anything but getting back to good health....:thumbleft:

Same from me mate. I suppose it doesn't help staring at a computer screen either, and I'm assuming it's one of those things the medics can't do anything for. But, at least it seems to be on the wane, and there's still plenty of time to get back to the modelling. The main thing is, get well first.

Thanks guys. That really helps. Just to make a clarification, these aren't migraines. Totally different. This website can better explain.

Whats pissing me off is the last time I had these was in Sept. 07 and I thought I was going good. oh well.

I did some work today. Finished the other wing radiator and the engine parts. Dry fit the engine and it looks like I'll need filler. Probably not the model but me goofing the pieces together. Attached one tail alerion but couldn't get much further. No pics but will keep plugging along.

 ..And I thought mine were bad... really sorry to hear that Chris!!!

..And Dan, the only problem with the light at the end of the tunnel is it's usually a train..! :)

Anybody know where I can buy stock in filler?

Did alittle last night and found a glaring problem. The engine consists of 3 peices - a left and right cowling for each engine and the bottom which is attached to the wing. I think somehow I might have mixed parts. Anyway, the thing is when completed and attached, there is a large gap between the front 2 cowlings and the rest of the engine on the wing - large enough to drive a Mercedes through! And it is offset a small degree but enough that it doesn't sit exactly correct. I don't have any filler and I'm gonna need to find some. I tried sanding alittle and the fit is ok but still need filler. oh well.

Sanded the fuselage top where the 2 pieces join and will have to re-scribe the panel lines. Something I hate. But I'm tr atleast match the level of expertise here or I'm gonna look like a First-grader at the Senior prom!

When is this due, All Saints Day? :)

Done afew bits the last few days. A LOT of sanding and fitting. Things aren't lining up right but I'm making them fit. The engines had a lot of sanding and I hope the paint goes on smooth. When I fit the wings, I had large gaps along the fuselage. Not sure what the problem was but I trimmed and sanded, sanded and trimmed and the fit is ok. Large gap on both side where the leading edge mates with the fuselage but maybe putty (If I find some!) can work it out.

Anywho, heres some pics so far........

Thanks Dan. I don't know why thats happening. I understand if I f*cked up or something but parts fit and then they don't. The wings fits great from the rear edge but then a gap appears at the leading edge. ?????? I test fit and everything, trimmed this and that but it still is there. I'm starting to sound like my ex with all the b!tching!

Putty, putty everywhere but not a drop to use.

At least the ribbing I had to re-scribe along the top of the fuselage looks good! And the dyhedrial looks good also - all the way to the tail!
