Grr! Wish I could still play guitar! Anyone want an original Tanglewood, 6 string acoustic.......?? Breaks my heart!!

3rd from left shows 2 Bf110E-2, probably from Stab schwarm (green spinner), showing nearest a/c - 10 abschussebalken, and on the background - 14 abschussebalken.

Cheers lads!

Well, the kit comes with decals for ship S9+FN, but I can always do another. What is said in the book about Geschwader Kommodore Obstlt Lothar von Janson, he was that between 13/07/'43-10/03/44....

Here's another profile....

Lothar von Janson never flew Bf110, as he took over the duty when Stab, I and III./ZG1 flew with Ju88C/R.

He was a SCW veteran, claimed 1 victory there. He failed to return from combat mission on 10-03-44, when his Ju 88 C-6 W.Nr.750965 was shot down by british fighter over Biscay bay.

This profile is supposed to be often painted "G.Tonne's" aircraft. But it is Bf110G-2, and Tonne never flew G-2 as he was transferred from II./ZG1 before unit got first G-2's.

Every so often tossing an eye in the instructions and on the sprues, thinking which is the best way to go etc., THIS made me wonder....

How the h*ll am I supposed to attached these to the canopy, without f*cking it up?

Not an ZG1 machine, but I have to ask if this one has ground in reality or.... Supposed to be a E-1 bird from 8./ZG26, Berca in September '42... 3U+ZS Kinda like the camouflage.:lol:

Says,

"Berca, September 1942
This aircraft is fitted with 30mm MK 101 cannon for anti-tank duties over the battlefront and saw action during the Alam Halfa and Alamein conflicts."
