hey, Charles,
Check your local WalMart. I found blu tac there in the office supplies.
 
My paint came in yesterday, so I painted the canopy (by hand). If we get some warmer weather and I'll spray the Light Gray undersides.

Edit: two pic's after the tape came off.... And some paint where the filler was....

It appears we are not going to have a day, anytime soon, that will be conducive to spray painting, so I went ahead and painted the P-40 with the old hairy stick.

Did the Neutral Gray last night and the Olive Drab this morning. I've decided not to do a camo. I'll let this dry a couple of days, then add the canopy.

Decals are next....

Blu-tak isn't always blue. It is very often yellow. It is the square putty-like substance sold at office supply stores. Why they use it is still a mystery to me, but there it is.
