Finished !
The Beaufighter itself is now finished. I haven't gone any further with the base, as I didn't want to rush things trying to build the work stands and figures etc in time for the deadline. As I have now located a source of the old Airfix 'Multi-Pose' figures, in various nationalities, I'll post some pics of the finished diorama at a later date, when it's all done.
The base is very basic at the moment, and will have some more texture and features added, but it is genuine Sarah sand! This was brushed off my car earlier this year, after a heavy storm carried sand from North Africa, and deposited it over parts of northern Europe, including my street!
Thanks again for all your support and kind comments, and now, at last, I can move the model to provide more space - for more models!!

Terry I think that is the most detailed and best looking rendition of the 1/32 Beau I have seen yet. :thumbleft: Fantastic Job Sir.Cheers Kevin

Wow, she looks good Terry. Having driven around in many a sand storm, I know what it's like and how it can ruin a car's paintwork and windows. You Beau's definitely got that sand blaster look.

Thanks very much indeed chaps, it's much appreciated, and glad you like it. Might have to find a home for it though, as it really does take up a lot of space!
