Hey Bill, before you close up how about a light so one can see the detail through the windows!!!.................how do you say it again……………………….'Just sayin'

That is a great idea!
And maybe a motor to turn the rotor!
But, what I'd really like to see,
is a barf bag on the floor,
just behind the door,
for those with tender stomachs,
just like me!

I picked up that "just sayin" from Paul. Don't know if I could get a single LED to work off a watch battery?

Thanks for all your kudos.
As I said before, all the effort is because I have an attachment to HS-4, and these whirley birds.
When I do my start to finish of the SH-34J I'll be doing the same detail inside. Different winch, different console which is right across to the port side from the main cargo hatch. The pilots had to enter the flight deck from under their seats. Big round engine. Trying to figure how I could detail an engine in there. I have good reference photos. I digress.

Paul, no problem with stomachs in a chopper. The initial UP take off is a bit of a surprise tho. I will try and locate the position of the "relief tube" for the liquids one accumulates in the bladder over time. Also known as the "emergency communication tube" to the rookies! Yes! I fell for it!

Yes Wayne............. Me! Had that black funnel pressed tight against my gob!!!!!! Holerin like I was on fire.
Enough.... I say.

Well I found a new technique I may use another time, but this one was a waste, electrical wiring. The only one you can possibly see is the one across from the big hatch. The other? Well..... you have to be pressing your eyeball against the window across from it!!!!

What I did is used white sewing thread. Did several wraps around a card, slide them off and cut the loops, put some PVA glue on my fingers and pulled it thru the strands and twisted them together. Let them dry for a while. Drilled a little hole in the sides, or front, of the boxes, not too big, 0.6mm. Dipped an end into this Super glue and stuffed it into one of the holes and added a drop at the hole. When that set I cut this to length to reach the next hole, a drop on the bundle, stuffed it into the hole, added a drop. When these were set I added some thin S.G. to the length of the bundle to set it to shape. Used a marker for the black clips. Good effect and easier than using wires or solder wire. But a waste of time in this case.

Close to fitting the halves together.

Very nice, I need some twisted cables in the Kf, I'll give that a try.
Just feeling poetic last night, got you to tell a great story though!

The thread for cabling worked great. Just watch the number of strands of thread. 4 at most, I had too many and the bundles are to wide. Dipping the end in super glue was a bit much. It wicked up the strands and made the ends too rigid. I suggest adding the drop on the end at the hole when the bundle is inserted. I tend to just go for it without testing everything, so do a test on something first. Had I done this before I started on the 1/32 P-51 for Merlin's Magic I might have used this for the interior wiring. Maybe a strip of black thread for the wire tie (tape) for better definition.

Thanks Terry, Vic.

Fuselage will be going together today!

Thanks guys.......... much appreciated.

It's together now, halves are glued up. Engine nacelles are just in place, dry fit.
Vic, I just took a close look at my reference picture, and the overhead glass IS........ green......
So it's all coming together..........
