Thanks Evan.......... I just can't help myself.

cut the bomb doors off this evening, the box tomorrow, after I wake up.
Shoulder has me awake all night, and sleeping half the day!!!

Sounds like your doing well with the modelling despite the handicap Bill. Watch that shoulder though, I know you have a spare but you tend to need them both!

Yep, I do get impatient with it. "I'll teach it a lesson for letting me down"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only get about 4 hrs sleep during the night, then another 3 or 4 in the morning. It's giving me the Sh!ts. But.........

I did take some photos this morn of some of the things underway.
1. I've cut the underside for the bomb bay.
2. The bay insert.
3. Wing halves do not marry up all that clean (1) cut back the wing root to perpendicular to the fusey side (2).
4. Wing fairing on fusey, needs reshaping for cut back wing root section.
5. Roughed with round file and will finish when attached.
6. New opening for aileron, will have to cut opening to match, some filling at tip area, and make new ailerons.

I sailor on......

Great work Bill! Nothing like chopping and changing a kit! :)

The bombs and canopy went the other day btw, you should get them soon.

Thanks guys.
Even, again I thank you for your giving up of parts.

I've done one aileron this morning. The other side this avo, don't want to strain me old shoulder.
In the first shot you can see the tips are a little weak, so I took them off and replaced with a block of styrene and shaped them. The ailerons are made of 4 strips of .75mm styrene glued up.

Thanks, but I have been looking high and low for a real photo of the ailerons, and now I have, and some changes need to be made I am afraid!
