DONE: 1/32 Hasegawa Ki-84, 57th Shimbu-Tai - Group Build

Ok now I have a bit more time, this is what I have been attending to...the available photo shows a broader white surround to the tail marking than the decals supplied so I have trimmed the decals and am adding a broader white surround.....doing one strip at a time allowing it to completely dry before moving on....

Great work Wayne. You chose to build a model with some quite complicated decals, but overcoming challenges like this is where the fun is with modeling, isn't it.

Ah...yes and no!...sometimes it ain't fun when you stuff it up!.... but when it all comes together it makes the challenges worthwhile!!:D

Balance of the starboard side 57th Shimbu-Tai tail marking....finished the port side today as well, will do a bit of touch up work tomorrow, then on Saturday the finishing process begins!

Well I can get the final gloss coat on to seal those last markings and then move on to the flat coat probably Sunday, during this I can get the 'add on stuff' ready to go ....Canopy, wheels, undercarriage, prop, Aerial, guns etc!
